Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via E-mail
  • Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined

Qualifications

  • High school diploma -preferable but not mandatory-
  • Basic computer skills
  • Great communication skills and grammar
  • Enthusiastic
  • Someone who enjoys helping others
